OVERVIEW
Day 1
Arrival in Tezpur & Drive to Bhalukpong.
Check into hotel & visit archaeological ruins & fort of King Bhaluka who was the grandfather of King Bana of Mahabharata fame. Picnic by Kameng river and boating. Adventure activities can be organised for those interested. Visit to Orchid Museum in Tipi to view about 450 varieties of orchids.
Day 2
Travel to Sessa
After breakfast travel to Sessa from Bhalukpong. Visit the natural orchid sanctuary spread over 10 sq km. More than 2600 orchids representing 80 species have been cultivated in natural surroundings. Drive straight to Bomdila. Post lunch, visit Bomdila Monastery, Upper & Lower Gompas. In the evening a walk around town will be the best way to see, sense & taste the local markets & food.
Day 3
Drive to SeLa Pass
Picnic lunch at SeLa Pass. Stopover at Jaswantgarh Memorial to pay tribute to martyrs. Reach Tawang & check into hotel. Visit to Tawang war Memorial & Tawang market.
Day 4
Visit to Tawang Monastery and Gyangong Ani Monastery
Visit Tawang Crafts Center

Visit to Bum La
Back from Bum La. Quiet evening.
Day 6
Drive to Shungetsar Lake
Check out from Tawang hotel and drive to Shungetsar Lake. Stopover at PT Tso Lake. Reach Bomdila. Quiet evening.
